Sadness

It's the kind of sadness that grips the heart

The kind that never let you shed tears

But deep inside you are sobbing

A gut-wrenching sob only you can hear

Only you can feel

Only you can understand 

Only you can overcome...

It's the kind of sadness where 

You want to tear your hair out

Or better yet, pound your fist on the wall

Whatever... it's that kind

You just want to let out

But just gets stuck within

Stuck and cannot let loose

It's the kind of sadness during this time

When it gets cold and darkness always comes too soon

It's the time when you want to go crazy

But just can't, for sanity's sake

So i try to hold on

Hold on till the sun shines bright again
